ParcelAtlas is a Cloud based cadastral content service, 151 million parcels, 2,900 US counties strong, that performs as though the entire nation is a single online geodatabase.

Available in ArcGIS Marketplace, ParcelAtlas deploys digital parcel map content directly from the ArcGIS Online platform as well as REST Services. Unique, never changing National Parcel Numbers assigned to every parcel (or updating this national parcel layer is not possible) is entering the certification process by Open Data Consortium as an international standard. ParcelAtlas includes a National NPN Assignment Services at-the-ready to make nonproprietary first-time common national indexing happen wherever needed NOW.

All other parcel services provide 3000 slots for 3000 county digital parcel maps. Easy for updating but cumbersome for large regional/national queries. Normalized Use Codes

Nationally Normalized Use Codes assigned to every one of the 2.7M parcels in this 12 county planning area gave this transit study an extra twist. Using socially sourced start and end trip locations, parcels and their Land Use Codes were identified. The result? Isolation of all commute trips to better fine tune this client's highly advanced travel model.
